Positioning
Show it the way you would in real life: step by step, with no rush.
A cinematic premium website guides visitors through a place or product, the way a good guided tour does. The image carries the piece, and the text only explains where it actually needs to explain something. The material is real. A building that doesn't exist, we don't show as if it were real.
Who it’s for
Suitable target customers and fields of use.
Areas of use
- Real estate and new-build projects
- Architecture
- Hotels and resorts
- Interior fit-out
- Automotive
- high-quality consumer products
- Premium brands
Typical use cases
- Show an object before it's viewed: a vertical camera move past the building.
- Tell the story of a house, a resort or a showroom as a sequence of scenes.
- Show a vehicle or premium product in orbit.
- Position a brand with a calm presence and minimal visual clutter.
Process
From idea to camera move.
- Conversation. Goal, target audience and existing material.
- Concept and prototype. Storyboard, camera path and a working scene before the project starts.
- production. Prepare image or video material: frame sequence for desktop, a separate portrait version for mobile, texts, site.
- Review and launch. Mobile, keyboard, reduced motion, load time and measurement.

Requirements
What you bring.
- Good real images or footage (architectural photography, drone, film), or the budget for them.
- The usage rights for the material, and the necessary permits for the drone and any people involved.
- A clear target audience and a goal, for example an inquiry following the scene sequence.

Fictional concept study, not a real client property. Both views are AI-generated; the presentation is image-based. The study shows an invented architecture, not a client project.
Technology and trust
What's behind the technology.
- How this study works: unaltered original video, tied to normal scrolling. No scroll hijacking, no smooth-scroll framework.
- A dedicated portrait composition for mobile phones, with an adjusted crop and readable typography.
- Reduced motion, low processing power or data-saving mode: still images with full text.
- All texts and the way to get in touch are in the document as normal text, not in the image.
- Pause or still-image switch, visible focus, keyboard operation.
- No tracking without consent.
- We set the loading budget before we start and measure it on real devices.
Clear limits
What I don't recommend it for.
- When there's no good real material and no budget for it.
- When an object that doesn't exist yet is to be sold as real. I always label concept material as a concept.
- When the site mainly needs to make many detailed items easy to compare, such as a catalogue.
- When videos are only supposed to be background noise.
