Premium websites

Websites where your product is the interface.

For manufacturers, machine builders, real estate firms, and premium brands. When a photo isn't enough to explain or persuade, I build you a website that rotates, unfolds, or shows your offer cinematically. Built personally, from Düren.

The problem

A photo doesn't explain a machine. A PDF doesn't sell a property.

Your offer needs explaining or lives on atmosphere. On a normal website it ends up in a photo gallery and a spec sheet. Visitors scroll past before they've understood what makes your offer special.

Standard website

  • Images sit next to text.
  • Variants are described.
  • Structure and function are described in the data sheet.
  • Movement is decoration.

Premium website

  • The product itself is the interface.
  • Visitors choose their own variants.
  • Visitors open the product and see how it is built.
  • Every movement has a purpose, or it gets cut.

Two types of offer

Two paths, one standard: it has to explain something or sell something.

Immersive product worlds

Interactive 3D product worlds

Your product, hands-on. Visitors turn it, open it up, choose variants and open details. Real 3D is only used where interaction or spatial understanding justifies it.

Cinematic Luxury Websites

Cinematic premium websites

A story in motion. A guided camera move, calm typography, little surface clutter. Technically usually a frame sequence or a hybrid of text and image, not a game.

Selection guide

Which format suits your offer?

  1. Do customers need to understand how your product is built or which variant suits them? Then you need an interactive 3D product world.
  2. Do customers choose a place, an object or a brand and buy the atmosphere along with it? Then you need a cinematic premium website.
  3. Is that right? Then we build a page that starts cinematically and becomes something you can try out at one point.
  4. Is a good photo enough? Then I won't build you 3D. I'll tell you that in the conversation.

Business benefit

It's not about effect. It's about four things.

  1. Explain. Customers see how your product is built and what it can do.
  2. Classify it. A high-quality offer needs a presence that shows it.
  3. Pre-qualify. Anyone who picked a variant can ask more specific questions.
  4. Measure. We measure interactions and enquiries, not time on page.

I won't promise you a percentage. Providers report higher interaction with 3D, but there are no solid independent figures on inquiries. So I measure it with you and show you what happens.

Production process

A model is quick to build. The experience around it is the real work.

  1. Conversation. We clarify goal, target audience and material. If 3D won't add anything, I'll tell you.
  2. Concept and prototype. Before the project starts, you see the riskiest part running.
  3. production. Models, images or footage, page, texts.
  4. Review and launch. Mobile, keyboard, reduced motion, load time and measurement are covered before it goes online.

Performance and fallbacks

If the 3D doesn't load, you still see everything.

Every premium website has four tiers: full effect, reduced experience, video or poster, semantic content.

Full effectReduced experienceVideo or posterSemantic content
  • First a still image appears, then the model or frame sequence loads.
  • Without WebGL, with reduced motion, on low-powered devices or in data-saver mode, you still see the image and the full text.
  • All content and contact paths sit as plain text on the page, including for screen readers and search engines.
  • You can rotate the view by touch, mouse and keyboard. The page keeps scrolling normally.
  • No tracking without your consent.
  • We set the loading budget before we start and measure it on real devices.

Personal implementation

One project. Clear scope.

First we clarify goal, content, interaction and technical limits. After that you get a clear project scope instead of an open-ended experiment.

That applies to both formats

  • Clear project scope, agreed in writing beforehand.
  • Up to two rounds of revisions.
  • Additional requirements are charged separately.
  • You give me access to your performance and inquiry tracking.
  • The analysis stays internal and anonymised.
  • A public case study and a reference right are only possible with your approval.
  • No unlimited after-sales support — support is limited and agreed in advance.

I check which format fits your plan, and I'll tell you honestly if the effort and the benefit don't match.

Frequently asked questions

Answered briefly and honestly.

Does it run on mobile?

Yes. On your phone you get a separate, lighter version. With weak hardware or little data volume, you see the still image instead of the model. I test on real devices before launch.

How fast does it load?

The still image appears instantly; the 3D model or frame sequence loads afterwards. We set the loading budget for each project before we start and measure it. I won't give a fixed number of seconds, because it depends on your material.

Do I need CAD data or footage?

No, not necessarily. If you have CAD data, we use it, provided you release it. Otherwise we build the model from photos and measurements. For cinematic pages you need good real image or film material, or the budget for it. We'll find out whether it's good enough in the prototype.

What does that cost?

Concept and interactive prototype from €3,800. Individual pricing based on interaction, asset effort and technical complexity. I am a small business owner under § 19 UStG and do not show VAT on invoices.

Who owns the models and images?

We put this in writing before we start. Third-party material is documented with source and licence.

Do you use AI?

For real products, objects and businesses I use real photos, films and models. I only use AI images where they are recognisably atmospheric, and I label them. The concept study on this page is fictional and AI-generated. This is marked directly on the study.

Can I change the content myself later?

I change texts and variants within the agreed support package. The site needs no content management system, so it stays fast and low-maintenance.

Why not a website builder or an agency?

You're talking to the person who builds it. No handover, no middleman, and I'll tell you if a simple website is enough.

Do you have a product that needs to be seen, or a place that should be felt?

Then talk to me before anyone writes a quote.
