No. The solution lands where you already work — email, calendar, your quoting tool. Half a day of training is enough. If something is unclear: a phone call will do.
Fair answer: Your website, domain and customer data belong to you — when the contract ends, you get everything exported (CSV, JSON, PDF) and the website source code is handed over. The software tools (ProfiSuite Handwerk, AI phone, CRM) remain my product and are used under licence — just as you don't "buy" Microsoft 365 or DATEV, you use them. Clear separation, transparent in the terms and conditions. Cancellable monthly, no minimum term.

Yes, we work digitally across Germany. On-site appointments are possible once a quarter in the Enterprise package. Otherwise everything runs via video call, phone or WhatsApp, which works just as well for 95% of all topics.
