Some projects start with a twelve-page briefing. This one started with a coffee in the Kölner Landstraße 50 in Düren.
DreiHundertSechzig recently gained a new partner, and a close one, practically around the corner: the Helmut Mager GmbH. The Mager GmbH is a family-run master craftsmen's business for heating, plumbing and bathrooms based in Düren, founded in 1987, so it has been in business for over 38 years. Heat pumps, maintenance, repairs for all brands, and bathrooms designed to feel good. If you've ever had a cold boiler room in the Düren district, you'll know the name.
From now on, Mager gets the Complete solution from DreiHundertSechzig: new website, enquiry system, local visibility, and on top something that doesn't exist a second time: the Mager-ProfiSuite Handwerk, a company app of its own that is currently being built.
Two Düren businesses, one direction
The nice thing about working together with short distances: you meet for a coffee instead of a Zoom call. That is exactly how our first meeting went — relaxed, easy agreements in a genuinely lovely office. No sales theatre, no empty phrases. After ten minutes the division of tasks was clear — and so was the gut feeling.
Both businesses are based in Düren, and both live on honest work rather than big promises. Mager has been working on boilers since 1987, and DreiHundertSechzig handles the AI and the technology behind it. Fits.
What Mager gets
Instead of piecing together individual parts from three providers, everything comes from one source:
- New website instead of the old site — clearly structured, mobile-optimised, geared to the Düren district.
- Enquiry system, which keeps working even when the team is out on the job site — enquiries land neatly sorted in the inbox instead of the voicemail.
- Local visibility — so that Mager is also found for "Heizung Düren", "Wärmepumpe Düren" or "Bad sanieren Kreis Düren".
- Mager-ProfiSuite Handwerk — a custom-built company app, currently in development.
The Mager ProfiSuite for trades: one app, not a kit
ProfiSuite Handwerk is not an off-the-shelf template. It's tailored precisely to Mager's workflows — heating, plumbing, heat pumps, bathrooms, just the way the business actually operates. The goal is simple: less admin at the kitchen table, more oversight, everything in one place.
Non-tech speak: think of ProfiSuite Handwerk as your own command centre, built for exactly one business rather than for 'everyone, more or less'. I'll show you what it looks like in detail once the first features are in place.
What happens next
Next, the new website and the first ProfiSuite features go live. I document both here in the blog – including before-and-after and an honest interim status. You can already see the direct comparison of the old and new site on the References page.
And if you run a business yourself in Düren and the surrounding area and wonder where your biggest lever lies — that is exactly what the free introductory call is for.
